Centraalstaal was founded more than 50 years ago by Mr. Leen Ardon as a collaboration between Northern shipyards, with the goal of strengthening shipbuilding in the Northern Netherlands. That principle—improving efficiency through precision and collaboration—continues to guide us today. 

Over the decades, we have grown into a respected European specialist in 3D cold forming and complete hull steel packages. We develop tailored solutions for challenging hull geometries, thick plates, and precision profiles, supporting predictable production and efficient assembly at the yard.
