3D ColD FORMING - PLATES

Centraalstaal operates the largest 3D cold forming capacity in Europe. Our forming equipment and processes deliver precise results for even the most challenging geometries.
    - 5 column presses and 2 roller presses
    - 8 shipbuilding presses with forming forces up to 6,000 kN
    - Plate thickness range: 5–120mm
    - Maximum plate dimensions: up to 3 × 12 meters
    - Suitable for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

Centraalstaal offers 2D profile forming using our unique, in-house developed technology, ensuring unparalleled precision in dimensions and consistent high-quality profiles.
    - 1 automated DNC digital profile bending machine
    - Profile range: HP80–HP380
    - Integrated features including water holes, reference lines, end shapes, and weld preparation
    - High repeatability and accuracy across formed profiles
