Ship and Steelbuilding B.V. - Delivered complete building kit for LPG tanker 'Ghibli'

Centraalstaal delivered the complete building kit for the LPG tanker 'Ghibli' to Client Ship and Steelbuilding B.V. Chemgas received 'Ghibli' in June 2022 as the second in a series of three custom-designed tankers, meeting the latest specifications. Ship and Steelbuilding (SaS), located on the Winschoterdiep in Foxhol, specializes in various shipbuilding projects, including bespoke tankers and heavy-duty workboats, alongside custom steel constructions.

'Ghibli', boasting dimensions tailored for efficiency and performance, marks a significant addition to Chemgas's fleet. Scheduled for completion by early 2023 with the third tanker 'Gust', this trilogy underscores SaS's commitment to high-specification vessels. Centraalstaal's contribution included critical steel constructions for 'Ghibli', showcasing our technical expertise in the maritime sector.
